Drawing from her career in the healthcare quality industry, Jennifer Martin is an engaging, nationally recognized expert and speaker in a number of areas that include but are not limited to: the Patient-Centered Medical Home process, practice transformation, evolving healthcare markets, reimbursement models, and ambulatory health care.
A graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina, Jennifer has served as quality director for two large integrated delivery systems in South Carolina for over 10 years. And, as a consultant, she has experience working with small and large practices, Federally Qualified Health Care Centers (FQHC), and Accountable Care Organizations. Years of experience in multiple healthcare settings enable her to provide valuable insight into a variety of workflows and scenarios and cater her presentations to her audiences’ needs.
Jennifer has spoken to small and large groups across the country. Most notably, she has spoken at the National ACHE Congress in Chicago and NCQA’s PCMH CONGRESS in Orlando.
She is comfortable presenting in a variety of formats that include but are not limited to: webinars, in-person presentations, training workshops, and panels.
Currently, she works with two of the top five largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and serves as both a speaker and trainer. As a consultant, and former quality director. She provides a valuable perspective as a workshop speaker and trainer for pharmaceutical account representatives who work directly with quality directors of large organizations.
